Wall Axial Fan:

It is suitable for ventilation in workshops, warehouses and laboratories, etc. Its explosion-proof series is suitable for ventilation in a flammable and explosive gas environment.

The Profile of Wall Axial Fan:

(1) T30 (03-11, 30K4) axial flow ventilator can be used widely for ventilation in factories, warehouses, offices and houses, or used for enhancing heat dissipation of heating. If the case is removed, it can be used as a free fan, or it can be installed in series in a long exhaust pipe to increase the wind pressure in the pipe.

There are 46 types of this ventilator, among which there are 9 machine numbers of 3 blades, 6 blades, 8 blades and 9 blades. According to the diameter of the impeller, the order that is arranged from small to large is: №3, №3.5,  №4, №5, №6, №7, №8, №9 and №10；There are 10 machine numbers of 4 blades. According to the diameter of the impeller, the order that is arranged from small to large is: №2.5, №3, №3.5, №4, №5, №6, №7, №8, №9 and №10.

This ventilator consists of three parts: an impeller, a case and a wind collector:

The impeller consists of blades and wheel hub and so on. The blade is welded to the outer circumference of the wheel hub with a thin steel plate according to the required mounting angle. The impeller case ratio (the ratio of shaft disk diameter to impeller diameter) is (-)=0.3.

All of the blades are stamped into similar shapes. For the mounting angle, 3 blades are divided into five types of 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees and 35 degrees; 4 blades, 6 blades and 8 blades are divided into five types of 15 degrees, 20 degrees, 25 degrees, 30 degrees and 35 degrees. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft, of which №3 to №8adopt two kinds of motor rotation speeds, while №9 and №10 adopt a kind of motor rotation speed. The air volume ranges from 550 to 49,500 m3/h and the wind pressure ranges from 25 to 505 Pa.

The case part is composed of a wind cylinder and a bottom frame, etc., while the bottom frame is divided into two types that are made of thin steel plate or proximate matter.

Air collector part: The air collector is a circular streamline, which is stamped from a thin steel plate, to reduce airflow inlet loss.
