Y6-51 Boiler-Induced Draft Fan | Industrial Centrifugal Fan for Steam Boilers
The Y6-51 Boiler-Induced Draft Fan is a high-performance centrifugal fan designed for use in steam boilers (2-670t/h) in power plants. It supports both air supply and flue gas induction systems, and is suitable for high-pressure fluidized bed furnaces. Its robust design also makes it ideal for dust removal, mine ventilation, and general industrial ventilation.
Key Features
Wide Applicability: Designed for flue gas or gas with particles (<200mg/m³), with a service life of over 4 years. Can be used with higher impurity concentrations but with reduced lifespan.
Temperature Resistance: Operates safely up to 250°C; optional water-cooled housing for gases between 80°C-250°C; stainless steel recommended for gas over 250°C.
Material Options: Available in FRP, stainless steel, or explosion-proof cast aluminum impellers with explosion-proof motors for handling corrosive, flammable, or explosive gases.
Efficiency: Based on aerodynamic principles, utilizing high-speed impeller acceleration, flow deceleration, and energy conversion to ensure high pressure and energy efficiency.
Rotation Options: Available in left-hand (L) and right-hand (R) rotation, viewed from motor side.
Customization: Adjustable air inlet and outlet angles (e.g., 0°, 90°) and sizes ranging from #8 to #29.5.
Technical Structure
Impeller: 12 twisted blades with dynamic & static balancing for smooth operation and long life.
Casing: High-strength steel plate, available in integral or semi-open forms (easy maintenance for larger models).
Drive System: D-type cantilever structure with direct motor coupling via elastic couplings; equipped with oil-leakage-proof bearing box and water-cooled bearings.
Air Inlet: Streamlined, tapered design ensures low-loss gas entry.
Adjustable Damper: Optional axial-type damper for precise air volume control under constant pressure.
Motor: Standard 3rd-level energy-efficient copper-core motors, with options for frequency conversion, explosion-proof, or level 2+ high-efficiency motors.
