It is generally used for natural ventilation, dust removal and refrigeration of processing plants, coal mines, tunnel construction, FRP cooling towers, automobiles, ships and buildings; Natural ventilation and induced draft fan of heating furnace and kiln; Refrigeration and natural ventilation mechanical equipment and electrical products mechanical equipment in air conditioning system; Air drying of grain and other scenes.
Next, let's explain the fan shutdown procedure.
All normal shutdown: all normal shutdown of the unit shall be carried out according to the following procedures.
A. Gradually open the exhaust valve (or intake valve) and gradually close the automatic exhaust valve.
B. Gradually reduce the inlet throttle valve to 20 ~ 25.
C. Press the stop button and pay attention to whether there is any abnormality in the whole parking process.
D. The unit can stop oil supply after 5 ~ 10 minutes or when the rolling bearing temperature drops below 45. For units with floating ring seals, the sealed gasoline pump must re supply oil until the human body temperature is lower than 80 ℃.
After the unit is shut down, rotate the motor rotor 180 on time within 2 ~ 4 hours.
During the whole process of unit commissioning, emergency shutdown shall be carried out immediately in case of any of the following conditions. The actual operation of emergency shutdown is to press the stop button of the main motor and deal with the aftermath after shutdown.
A. The centrifugal fan suddenly produces obvious vibration, which has exceeded the trip value.
B. Scratch or abnormal friction noise inside.
C. Smoke occurs at any rolling bearing or sealing position, or the temperature of rolling bearing rises sharply to the alarm value.
D. When the steam pressure is less than the alarm value and cannot be recovered.
E. The liquid level gauge of automobile fuel tank is low and empty at present.
