Non-Destructive Ultrasonic Weld Testing (UT):
All load-bearing structural welds on the heavy-gauge shell and motor support framework underwent 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to ensure zero internal defects under pulsating aerodynamic stress.
Heavy-Duty Surface Protection:
Internal and external housing surfaces are protected with a high-durability two-component epoxy coating, offering high resistance to abrasive dust wear and corrosive mine-air humidity.

Export Packaging & International Logistics
Cross-border transit of heavy industrial equipment requires strict adherence to international shipping protocols:
ISPM 15 Compliant Export Crating: Core drive components, electric motors, and control cabinets are housed inside heavy-duty, moisture-sealed plywood crates (e.g., shipment mark Y820-1) to prevent impact damage and environmental degradation during transit.
Structural Transport Securing: The large cylindrical fan housing and casing sections are anchored to the flatbed trailer using heavy-duty ratchet tie-downs and custom wooden cradles, preventing center-of-gravity displacement.
Comprehensive Technical Documentation: The shipment includes full factory mill test certificates, dynamic balancing reports, installation manuals, and customs clearance documentation.
