1. Pin positioning is accurate
There are three positioning points of mine fan that need to be accurate, otherwise the operation of the fan will be affected. The pin of the upper and lower shell and the pin of the gearbox are basically not replaced during maintenance, so only the correct installation is required during maintenance. The gear pair is different. When replacing the gear, first install and fix the gear with key, and then install another gear. After the gear surface fits well with the other gear, it is locked. Turn the gear to check the contact condition of the tooth surface. If there is no problem, the pin shall be installed after re-drilling and fine reaming, and then the gear contact accuracy shall be checked by the turning machine. If it is good, the casing and impeller, impeller and impeller shall not be touched, That's fine.
2. The safety valve is flexible, reliable,and effective
If the ventilation of mine fan is not smooth, the pressure will continue to rise until the motor stops or the casing is damaged. If the safety valve is opened naturally under rated pressure or allowable set pressure, the above faults can be avoided; in this way, the safety of equipment and personal can be guaranteed.
3. It is necessary to ensure three clearances of mine fan
The three clearances refer to the radial clearance between the rotor and the shell, the clearance between the rotor and the rotor, and the clearance between the rotor side and the casing wall. The installation and maintenance shall be carried out according to the relevant roots blower specification and model maintenance manual.
4. It is necessary to ensure the smoothness of mine fan and pipeline
During the maintenance of the fan, it is necessary to check the dust removal of the components on the air inlet pipe; clean up the ash collection and oil sludge in the casing,and check whether the outlet parts and pipes are unobstructed.
5. Installation of belt pulley
When the belt pulley is installed and aligned, it is necessary to ensure that the corresponding belt groove is in the same plane and the error is less than 1.0 mm. At the same time, the belt tightness is moderate, the length of each belt is the same and the stress is consistent. The belt should be tightened when the thumb can move down about 15mm.
The maintenance of mine fan needs certain technical support, so when the maintenance is needed, do not open it for maintenance without basic technology, so as to prevent unnecessary damage to the equipment.
