The safe operation of mine fan shall comply with the following regulations:
1. The main fan must be installed on the ground; the wellhead with fan must be closed tightly, and the external air leakage rate shall not exceed 5% without lifting equipment and 15% with lifting equipment.
2. Two sets of main fan devices with the same capacity must be installed, one of which is used as standby, and the standby fan must be able to start within 10 minutes. A set of fan and a standby motor can be installed during well construction. The existing two sets of main fans with different capacities can continue to be used when they meet the production requirements.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use local fans or local fan groups as main fans.
4. Before the newly installed main fan is put into use, the fan performance test and test run must be carried out once, and then at least once every five years. Check the main fan at least once a month. The change of fan revolution or blade angle must be approved by the person in charge of mining technology.
5. Explosion proof door shall be installed at the air outlet of main fan, which shall be inspected and repaired once every 6 months.
6. When the main mine fan stops operation due to maintenance, power failure or other reasons, the air stopping measures must be formulated.
