The first aspect may be that there are some bad phenomena between the motor rotor and the switch, such as bad toner or carbon brush, which will lead to this situation. Then we can identify whether the thyristor is abnormal if the resistance is normal. If it is normal, we can check the connection of the PCB of the high-voltage fan, which may be the loosening of the positive and negative poles.
The second reason is that there are some abnormal phenomena in the thyristor, such as collapse, short circuit, open circuit, failure to trigger, poor internal contact and so on, which may lead to unstable, fast and slow operation speed of high-pressure fan.
The third reason is that there are some problems with the adjustable resistance, because in the assembly structure, there is an adjustable resistance on the control panel, and the use frequency is relatively high. If it is used for a long time, it is easy to have poor contact for a long time. Therefore, the speed of the centrifugal valve is unstable.
