Centrifugal fan is a kind of driven power machinery, it uses the mechanical kinetic energy to increase the air pressure and exhaust the steam.
Centrifugal fans are widely used for natural ventilation, dust removal and refrigeration of processing plants, coal mines, tunnel construction, FRP cooling towers, cars, ships and buildings; natural ventilation and induced draft fan of heating furnace and furnace; cooling and natural ventilation of air conditioning system and electrical equipment; air drying and selection of cereals.
1. Emergency stop: during the trial operation of the unit, in case of one of the following situations, the unit shall be stopped immediately. The operation of the emergency stop is to press the stop button of the main motor, and then deal with the aftermath after the stop.
2. All normal shutdown: all normal shutdown of generator set shall be operated according to the following procedure and process.
a. Gradually open the vent valve (or inlet and outlet air inlet valve), and gradually turn off the automatic exhaust valve.
b. Gradually reduce the throttle valve of the inlet to 20-25 °.
c. Press the park key and pay attention to the abnormal conditions during the whole process of shutdown.
d. After the generator set is terminated for 5-10min, or when the rolling bearing temperature drops below 45 ℃, the oil can be terminated. For the generator set with floating ring sealing, the sealed gasoline pump must provide oil again until the body temperature is less than 80 ℃.
The required motor power of centrifugal fan refers to the larger power required for centrifugal fan and fan case when the air inlet is fully open under certain working conditions. If the air inlet is fully open for operation, the motor may be damaged. It is better to close the valve on the inlet or outlet pipe of the fan during the test run of the fan, and gradually open the valve after the operation until it reaches the required working condition, and pay attention to whether the operation current of the fan exceeds the rated current.
In strict accordance with the above debugging methods, the efficiency of the centrifugal fan can reach more than 98%.
