The high-efficiency, energy-saving, and low-noise JK series mining partial ventilating fan (referred to as partial fan) is designed according to the needs of partial ventilation in non-coal mines, such as metallurgy, nonferrous metals, gold, chemicals, building materials, and nuclear industry, etc. It is suitable for tunneling ventilation of the cross sections with various specifications, inducing air in the stopes and electric rake track, inlet ventilation of subsection mining method without bottom column, as well as other partial ventilation and some auxiliary ventilation. It can also be used for ventilation in occasions where the air supply is required, such as tunnel construction and underground construction, etc.
The design of the JK series, partial fan comprehensively considers the dust and smoke exhaust air volume, duct air supply distance, common air duct specifications, wind resistance value, and the usage conditions in the mine, etc. It is divided into three types: single-stage working wheel JK-1, double-stage working wheel JK-2, and counter-rotating operation DJK. Among them, the JK40 series, partial fan, and DJK50 series counter-rotating partial fan can be directly installed on the roadway baseplate or hung on the side wall or roof of the roadway.

The JK series, the partial fan has the following characteristics:
(1) High operating efficiency. The maximum full-pressure efficiency of the single-stage and double-stage working wheels is 92% and 83% respectively. The maximum full-pressure efficiency of the counter-rotating type is 85%, which is 20%-30% higher than that of the original JF series partial fan with an obvious power-saving effect.
(2) Complete specifications and strong adaptability. There are various combinations of air volume and full pressure of the partial fan. The air supply distance ranges from 80 meters to 600 meters (the air supply distance in the series application can be up to 1200 meters), which can meet various different needs of the users.
(3) Small volume, lightweight, flexible, and convenient movement. When its performance of it is basically the same as that of the JF series, the volume is reduced by 20%-30% and the weight is reduced by 20%-30%.
(4) Low noise. In the open space, the noise of the JK№.4 partial fan is not exceeding 86 db(A). If the user has special requirements for the noise of the partial fan, we will supply the noise deadener. Please specify it when ordering.
