Acid and alkali resistant axial fan

 The motor matched with the fan is an air-cooled, squirrel-cage, fully enclosed damp-heat type standard product. The motor is directly driven, and the motor is exposed to the air. The insulation grade of the motor matched with the fan is F grade, the protection grade is IP55, and it can withstand high temperatures of 280 ℃ continuously. Run for 1h.

In terms of continuous operation, the equipped motor meets the requirements of IEC 34 or corresponding standards and can operate continuously under the environment of t≤45℃ and relative humidity φ≤95%.

Motor bearings are ball or column bearings, sealed grease, or soft grease construction. Fans and drives have good grounding measures to avoid static accumulation.

The fan casing is welded with high-quality steel plates; the casing flange adopts the overall flanging form, and the gap between the blade edge and the casing is minimal and uniform everywhere.

During the assembly process of the fan, the static balance is before the dynamic balance. During normal operation, the effective value of the vibration speed of the casing is not greater than 4.5mm/s; the fan is equipped with a shock absorber and fastening bolts.
