Fan Features

1. High efficiency: FBD series fans are well-designed and advanced in technology. The blades are designed with ternary fluid and are in the shape of a wing twist. The high-efficiency working area of the fan is large so the running fan will always be within the high-efficiency working range.

2. Low noise: FBD series fan adopts counter-rotating direct drive. Compared with the old fan, the guide vane device is reduced. While increasing the fan pressure, the airflow direction is straightened and the air friction sound is reduced. Outsourced duplex muffler, the operating noise of the whole machine can be controlled below 85 decibels (less than 35 decibels than the A sound level), with ultra-low noise characteristics, and has a significant effect on changing the noise environment of the confined space in the well

Scope of application

Operating conditions of Mine Local Fan:

1. The working voltage of the fan is 380/660V or 660V/1140V and does not exceed ±5% of the rated value, and the power frequency is 50Hz.

2. The foundation for installing the fan should be firm and free of water around it. The height of the air inlet edge of the fan from the ground or top wall should not be less than 0.3m.

3. The matching air dryer should be able to withstand the high pressure of the ventilator.

4. The fan can be placed on the roadway floor or hung on the roadway wall. When used on the roadway floor, the suction port (collector end) of the fan cannot be immersed in water or cement.
