Booster fan duct booster fans are generally used in forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation. The gas does not contain viscous substances, the dust and hard particles contained do not exceed 150mg/m3, and the gas temperature is 20-800 °C.

Whether the impeller, main shaft, bearing, and other main parts are damaged, whether the transmission group is flexible, etc.

When installing: pay attention to checking the casing, and there should be no tools and debris left in the casing. To prevent rust and reduce the difficulty of disassembly on some joint surfaces, some grease or mechanical oil should be coated. The connection surface between the fan and the foundation, the inlet, and the outlet ducts should be adjusted to match naturally, and the connection should not be forced and is not allowed to add the weight of the duct to each part of the fan. And pay attention to ensure the horizontal position of the fan.

(1) Install according to the position and size are shown in the drawing. To ensure high efficiency, ensure the axial and radial clearance between the air inlet and the impeller.
(2) After installation, try dialing the transmission group to check whether it is too tight or collides with the fixed part.
(3) After all installations are completed and the general inspection is passed, the test operation of the fan can be carried out.
To prevent the motor from being overloaded and burned, when the fan starts, it must be carried out under no load (close the air inlet valve and open the air outlet valve slightly). If the condition is good, gradually open the valve until the specified working condition. During operation, the current should be strictly controlled and the rated value should not be exceeded.
