The model G, Y6-41 boiler Centrifugal Blower Fan  and induced draft fan are designed for adapting the industrial boiler that burns a variety of coal and is equipped with dust and smoke removal devices. The new series of low-noise boiler drums and induced draft fans with the highest total pressure efficiency of higher than 80% can be selected by all the items with the equivalent intake conditions and suitable performance.

The features of the ventilator

The model G, Y6-41 series centrifugal ventilator is a replacement product of the boiler drum and induced draft fan.

The design method of the model G, Y6-41 series ventilator follows the design principles of selecting the appropriate ventilator type, reasonable operating parameters and preferred flow pattern, organizing the gas source reasonably, designing the blade type carefully, increasing the  gap of wind tongue, reducing the rotate speed appropriately, improving the volute design, purifying flow and minimizing the secondary flow loss as much as possible, etc. Moreover, conduct optimal design for the wind gap by the combination of using the finite difference method for the numerical calculation of the air inlet and impeller cap lines and taking the flow field uniformity at the fan impeller inlet as the optimization criterion. Then, combine the above method with the original optimized design method of fan impeller and volute to integrate the optimal design procedure of impeller, volute and air inlet with a lower noise level and smaller size of the fan.

Centrifugal Blower Fan,The model G and Y6-41 series ventilators have been tested by Shenyang Blower Research Institute and have achieved good results. The test data is quoted as follows:
