To prevent rust and reduce the difficulty of disassembly on some joint surfaces, some grease or mechanical oil should be coated. The connection surface between the fan and the foundation, the inlet, and the outlet ducts should be adjusted to match naturally, and the connection should not be forced and is not allowed to add the weight of the duct to each part of the fan. And pay attention to ensure the horizontal position of the fan.

To prevent the motor from being overloaded and burned, when the fan starts, it must be carried out under no load (close the air inlet valve and open the air outlet valve slightly). If the condition is good, gradually open the valve until the specified working condition. During operation, the current should be strictly controlled and the rated value should not be exceeded.
