It is suitable for ventilation and drafting of steam boilers below 230t/h in thermal power plants. In the absence of other special requirements, G4-68 can also be used for mine ventilation.
The medium conveyed by the fan is air, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80°C; the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250°C. Before the induced draft fan, a dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan, thereby increasing the service life of the fan.

The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door, and transmission part.
(1) The impeller is welded by 12 backward-inclined airfoil blades, and the arc wheel cover and the flat wheel disc are welded. Due to the use of airfoil blades, the high efficiency, low noise, and high strength of the fan are guaranteed. The impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance, and the operation is stable.
(2) The casing is a scrolling body welded by ordinary steel plates.
(3) The air inlet is a convergent and streamlined overall structure, which is fixed on the air inlet side of the casing with bolts.
(4) Adjusting door The device used to adjust the flow of the fan consists of petal blades, which are axially installed in front of the air inlet.
(5) The transmission mode of the transmission group is D type. It consists of the main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. Adopt a rolling bearing water-cooled one-piece bearing seat.
