High-Pressure Centrifugal Ventilator:

Daily maintenance and common faults of High-Pressure Centrifugal Ventilator

1. Attention items in fan maintenance work:
①The fan can only operate under completely normal conditions.
②If the fan is started after maintenance, it is necessary to pay attention to whether all parts of the fan are normal.
③ Regularly remove impurities such as dust and dirt inside the fan and check the tightness of the belt at any time to prevent the belt from slipping.
④The maintenance of the fan must be carried out when the machine is stopped.
⑤ During the operation of the fan, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be stopped immediately and checked.
⑥ Except that the grease should be replaced after each dismantling and repair, the grease should be replaced every six months under normal circumstances.

2. The main failure of the high-pressure centrifugal ventilator and its causes:
①The fan vibrates violently
a. The casing or the air inlet rubs against the impeller;
b. Loose or deformed impeller rivets;
c. The inlet and outlet pipes of the fan are poorly installed, causing resonance;
d. There is dust and dirt on the blades; the blades are worn; the impeller is deformed; the shaft is bent to make the rotor unbalanced
e. The positions of the two pulleys are not aligned. The coupling is installed incorrectly, and the centers on both sides of the coupling are not aligned; the position of the coupling changes after working for some time; the elastic components of the coupling are too deformed and worn too much.
②The bearing temperature rise is too high
a. The bearing box vibrates violently;
b. Bearing damage or shaft bending;
c. The grease is of poor quality or contains impurities.
d. The bearing is short of oil or the bearing is too oiled.
③The motor current is too large and the temperature rise is too high
a. The inlet and outlet pipes are not closed tightly when starting up;
b. Input voltage is too low or single-phase power failure;
c. The spindle speed exceeds the rated value;
d. The density of the input medium is too large or the temperature is too low.
e. The motor bearing is damaged; the bearing is short of oil or the oil is too much.
f. The system changes, resulting in a larger load on the fan and a larger load on the motor.
