For High Pressure Centrifugal Ventilator vibration, different speeds have different standards, 3000 rpm is within 5mm/s, 1500 rpm is 8.5mm/s. 1000 rpm is 10mm/s. 750 rpm is 12mm/s. If it exceeds this vibration value, it means that the vibration of the centrifugal fan is out of the normal range. At this time, the reasons for the fan failure can be judged from the following aspects.
1. High Pressure Centrifugal Ventilator Vibration
1) The blades are unevenly worn or ash, grease and deformed. Countermeasures: replace the blades and clean them in time;
2) The tension force of the rotor is loose, the shaft is bent, the bearing bush is worn or the ball bearing is damaged. Countermeasures: Tighten the tensioning device and replace the damaged parts
3) The shaft center of the fan and the motor are not right, and the rotor and the casing or the shaft and the casing seal collide or are worn. Countermeasures: replace the parts with serious wear, and align the fan shaft and the motor shaft;
4) When the bearing anchor screws of the motor are loose, and the rigidity of the whole supporting structure of the unit is not enough. Countermeasure: Tighten loose screws.
2. High Pressure Centrifugal Ventilator bearing temperature is too high
1) The bearing is damaged. Countermeasure: replace the bearing;
2) The selection of lubricating oil or lubricating grease is incorrect. Countermeasures: re-selection and replacement of suitable oil;
3) The lubricating oil level is too high or lacks oil. Countermeasures: adjust the oil level;
4) The amount of cooling water is not enough. Countermeasures: increase the amount of cooling water;
5) The motor and fan are not on the same centerline. Countermeasures: find radial and axial levels;
6) The rotor vibrates. Countermeasure: balance the rotor.
