According to the purpose of centrifugal fan case, there are three operation modes. Which three are there? Next, let's take you to have a detailed understanding.
Centrifugal fan case is mainly used in the occasions of medium and high pressure and medium and small air volume. It is required that there are no small particle solids in the transported air, because the solids in the air flow will be collected in the curved forward blade. The centrifugal fan case of dust-proof feeder is used in the two-stage dust removal system of raw meal and cement reciprocating coal feeder mill in cement plant.
Generally speaking, according to its own use and structure, the transmission mode of centrifugal fan case can be roughly divided into three modes: coupling transmission mode, motor direct connection mode and belt transmission mode.
The coupling transmission type, which is often called D-type transmission mode, is characterized in that the motor and fan are connected and driven through the coupling. The motor direct connection type is often referred to as type a transmission mode. Its main feature is that the impeller of the fan is directly installed on the motor shaft without any connection measures* The latter transmission mode is belt transmission type, which is also divided into common types B, C, e and F. Type B refers to the cantilever installation of the impeller with the pulley between the two bearings. Type C refers to the form that the pulley cantilever is installed at one end of the shaft and the impeller cantilever is installed at the other end of the shaft. Type E is the cantilever installation of belt pulley and the impeller is installed between two bearings. F-type impeller is directly installed between two bearings without any other mechanism. This is the common transmission mode of belt transmission.
