The anti-corrosion fan is a special type of fan developed and designed for use in industries such as chemistry, pharmaceuticals, electronics, food, and various acid-base waste gas treatment scenarios to prevent corrosive gases from causing damage to equipment and the environment. Its function is to inhale toxic and harmful gases into the interior of the fan through the suction pipeline. After being treated with corrosive materials or special treatment, the fan impeller, casing, and other parts are used to exhaust the gas through the kinetic energy generated by rotation, thereby achieving a reliable environmental protection effect.
There are two main principles of anti-corrosion fans:
1. Material anti-corrosion: By using anti-corrosion materials as fan components such as impellers and casings, such as hard metal, rubber, fiberglass, etc., to resist the corrosive effects of corrosive gases.
2. Surface anti-corrosion: Special treatments such as plastic spraying, galvanizing, chrome plating, etc. are applied to the surface of fan components to enhance their corrosion resistance. At the same time, during the manufacturing process, special coating treatment can be applied to the surface of the components to form a corrosion-resistant coating to enhance the anti-corrosion performance of the fan.
