Causes Of Ash Deposition In High Pressure Fan Impeller

Fan is used to transport gas machinery, widely used, but in the power, metallurgy, cement, wood processing, tobacco and other industrial production process, due to environmental limitations or process needs, the dust content of the transported gas is often high or even very high after using the fan for a period of time, it will produce vibration, which seriously affects the normal production of the enterprise

    1. High pressure air is used to remove the dust deposition on the blades and prevent the formation of skin. Because it is difficult to reduce the impact speed of the air flow on the blades and the temperature of the exhaust gas, it is envisaged to use the high pressure air blowing system to solve the problem of dust deposition and skin deposition on the impeller. The principle is to use the high pressure air to blow the surface of the fan blades through the nozzle, which can produce the following effects.

(1) Before the exhaust gas flow contacts with the surface of the fan blade, due to the mixing effect of compressed air, the temperature of the exhaust gas impinging on the blade surface is reduced, and the probability of dust particles sticking on the blade is reduced.

(2) The high pressure gas from the nozzle can produce effective scouring force and achieve good ash cleaning effect.

    2. Determination of nozzle shape and installation position

In order to obtain high-speed air flow, the tapered nozzle structure should be selected, as shown in Figure 1. The spray gun is installed at the outlet of the impeller and faces the blade which is easy to accumulate dust.
