The first is the high-temperature life of the drive motor, which requires the insulation of the drive motor winding. The higher the insulation level is, the higher the maximum temperature of the winding is allowed. At the same time, it supports the needs of high-temperature motor oil. The rotor bearing needs to use more high-temperature type, which is mainly characterized by large internal clearance and special cage and dust cover. The surface of the bearing is treated with high temperature manganese phosphate to prevent corrosion and improve operation performance.
2、 The forced cooling performance between the motor and the volute, due to the high temperature environment, the fan is generally high temperature gas circulation, when the high temperature and the drive motor shaft heat conduction, the motor part of the forced cooling function is cooling, the normal use of motor driver temperature, thus contributing to the motor life. The cooling fan installed synchronously with the motor shaft will be forced to run synchronously with the motor shaft, so as to enhance the cooling function of the spindle and achieve the cooling purpose
Finally, it is the thermal expansion performance of the fan and fan blade. Generally speaking, the higher the thermal conductivity, the stronger the heat, the higher the expansion coefficient and the higher the temperature. Therefore, the best high-temperature fan material is stainless steel, followed by cold-rolled plate, and finally aluminum. Considering the installation performance, cast aluminum fan is currently used to achieve high-temperature motor performance.
The above three points are to ensure the high temperature of the high-temperature fan. Generally, the insulation level of the high-temperature motor can be class h, that is, 180 degrees. If it is greater than 180 degrees, the drive motor winding needs to be made except for special bearings.
