Before starting the tunnel fan, confirm whether the radial freedom of the wheel is uniform, whether the position of the wheel is different, and there is no foreign matter outside the tunnel fan.
During the normal operation of the fan, increase the DC current when leaving the working area to prolong the service life of the equipment.
If the tunnel fan produces abnormal sound during operation, the test must be stopped immediately to check whether there is solid in the pipeline.
To confirm whether the winding is correct, it must be started at high speed. After the tunnel fan is started, cut off the power switch facing the winding after preventing high-speed operation. One is power supply, the other is to control tunnel fan.
The total DC voltage is 5-7 times larger than the auxiliary current. The DC voltage reduces the switching point to the square of the voltage. If the power supply exceeds the specified value, pressure will be applied. Check the voltage distortion by adding DC. When the tunnel fan reaches abnormal speed, confirm whether the fan is normal.
