Mining Ventilation Fan for Coal/Gold Mines Primary Ventilation
APPLICATIONS
The main fan is used for ventilation of a certain mine or a wing of a mine, also called a main fan.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
The new generation of the M series mine energy-saving fan is equipped with a steady flow ring device.
Its improvement: The characteristic curve without the hump, more efficient, better performance,
and more specifications, to adapt to a wider range of large medium, and small types of non-coal mines,
it can also be used as the applicable main fan, auxiliary fan, fan and all levels of machine fan.
At the same time, there is a steady flow ring device in the body of the main fan.
And the characteristic curve has no hump which can ensure that the fan can run stably under any
resistance status.
These mine axial fans are produced for customers' special requests. If the customer has other
requirements pressure and air volume that is not included in the following list,
please contact our technicians to design and select the appropriate tunnel fan.
CONSTRUCTION (FAN CASING)
The casing is formed from the Q235 steel sheet to stainless steel SS316 or 304 with integral supports.
The grey/red/white/orange paint finish is applied after production, optional hot dip galvanization,
furnace paint or epoxy paint is available. On the fan casing, there is an Aerodynamical Inlet

Impellers are produced from Q235 Steel Sheet, stainless steel, ZAlSi7Mn Aluminium.
Static and dynamic vibration defects recovered after production according to appropriate
ISO/GB norm.
