W9-26 high-temperature centrifugal fan Purpose:
W9-26 high-temperature centrifugal fan is suitable for conveying high-temperature gas without corrosion, or spontaneous combustion, and the maximum temperature is not more than 900 ºC. The dust and hard particles contained in the medium are not more than 150 mg/m².

W9-26 high-temperature centrifugal fan structure:
The fan is composed of an impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission unit, and other components, and is equipped with regulating valve.
1. The impeller has 12 blades bent forward. After the impeller is formed, it is subject to dynamic and static balance and overspeed tests to ensure stable, safe, and reliable operation.
2. The air inlet is a converging streamlined overall structure, which is bolted to the front cover plate assembly.
3. The casing is made of the low alloy steel plate and volute
4. The drive group is composed of the main shaft, water-cooled bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality alloy steel, and the bearing box is of an integral water-cooled structure.

 W9-26 high-temperature centrifugal fan type:
1. This series of fans is a single suction type, with 3 machine numbers of 5, 8, and 12.5, and the third transmission mode of fans is C, D, and F.
2. This series of fans can be made into right-handed and left-handed forms. When viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise and is called a right-handed fan, which is represented by "right"; Rotate the left rotary fan counterclockwise, which is indicated by "left".
3. The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing. The "left" and "right" can be made into 6 angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.
