Centrifugal Fan for High Pressure

The 4-79 centrifugal fan can be used for indoor ventilation in general factories and large buildings, both for inputting and outputting gas. The types of gases transported are air and other gases that do not spontaneously ignite, are harmless to the human body, and are non-corrosive to steel materials. There should be no viscous substances inside the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained should not exceed 150mg/m ³, The gas temperature shall not exceed 80 ºC.
 

Structural characteristics
The fan can be made into two forms: clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation.
The fan mainly consists of an impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission, and other parts equipped with a direct connected motor.
1) The impeller consists of 16 backward inclined circular arc thin plate blades, curved front discs, and flat rear discs, all made of steel plates and subjected to dynamic balance correction. It has good air performance, high efficiency, low noise, and balanced operation.
2) The casing is made into two different forms, and the No.3-12 casing is made into a whole and cannot be disassembled; The casing of No.14-20 is made into two open sections, which are divided into two halves along the horizontal plane of the split and connected by bolts.
3) The air inlet is made into a whole and installed on the side of the fan. The section parallel to the axial direction is curved, allowing gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.
4) The transmission part consists of a spindle, a bearing box, rolling bearings, and a pulley.
