The booster blower casing cooperates with the outer casing of the rotor to support the rotor.

The rotor includes the fan shaft, hub, blades, etc., and is the main moving part of the fan. It converts the mechanical energy into the kinetic energy and potential energy (static pressure energy) of the flue gas, and the conversion efficiency is generally above 85%.

The booster blower generally uses rolling bearings. Rolling bearings have low frictional resistance and are suitable for balanced, high, medium, and low rotational speeds. The friction resistance of the sliding bearing is slightly larger, which is suitable for low-speed unbalanced rotation.

The medium conveyed by the booster blower is flue gas, and its maximum temperature does not exceed 250 °C; the medium conveyed by the powder discharge fan is the medium with a dust content not greater than that. A dust removal device must be installed before the induced draft fan, and the dust removal efficiency must not be lower than 99%. The flue gas entering the fan The dust content should generally be less than 200mg/m.
