Howden axial fan is made into a single suction fan, and the machine numbers are №4C, 5C, 6C, 8C, 9C, 12D, and 12.4D. Y5-48 boiler induced draft fan has №4C, 5C, 6.3C, 8C, 10C, 12.5CD; Y6-30 boiler induced draft fan has 3.5C, 4.3C, 4.8C, 5.4C, 6.5C, 7.5C, 8.5C seven kind.

Chassis: Welded with steel plate to form an integral volute. "Left" and "Right" rotations are common for №8 and above.

Air inlet: The convergent air inlet is made into an integral structure and fixed on the air inlet side of the casing with bolts.

Transmission group: The transmission main shaft is made of high-quality steel and adopts rolling bearings. (2) Type: integral cylindrical bearing box, 37# oil lubrication, oil level mark, and thermometer above No. 8, with water cooling device, need to add water pipe, water consumption 0.5-1m3/h, fan 6 below No. 8 is cooled. Type (I): No.4-6 uses two parallel seats, lubricated with bearing grease or molybdenum disulfide, two semicircular fan blades are used for self-cooling between the casing and No.8-12.4, and two parallel bearing housing.

Adjusting door: used to adjust the air volume, it is axially installed in front of the air inlet, and the rotation is flexible and convenient. The adjustment range is from fully open to fully closed. The petal-type is used for sizes above 8, and the butterfly valve type is used for sizes below 6. For the adjustment door to work properly, it needs to be well-lubricated and greased.
